Have you ever wondered if the thermostat of your system is the best deviceto correctly control your Comfort?

Sometimes you feel like the local it's a little bit too cold or too hot?

Probably yes, and often you need to manually change the values on the thermostat.

The device you use to change the temperature setting (thermostat or tablet) is not important. What's important is the fact that you have to manually correct the values to improve your comfort!

Ifa simple thermostat can't do better than this it could be ok, but howis possible that even the best Smart thermostat can't sense the changes of the microclimate and can't automatically adapt its values to this changes? 

If we think about this, then it's logic that, about Comfort regulation,the Smart thermostat is actually pretty stupid!

For example:

If, during Winter, we set the thermostat on 24°C, it will keep the local at that temperature. But how do we know that is the right temperature for us?

Who tells us that with a specific climate (temperature, humidity and pressure), the setting of 24°C is the right one for our Comfort?

Actually there is nothing that can confirm if the selected value is the right one!!

We can only wait for the local to reach the chosen temperature and manually adjust it to reach the comfort any time the climate changes!There's only a possible explanation:

At the moment we are NOT the focus of thermoregulation ofa local, but the temperature is. By setting a fixed temperature we accept to adapt ourself by activating some functions internal to our body that corrects the metabolism to conform to local temperature.

This is totally wrong, isn't it!?

  • Why I have to adapt myself to the regulation system while it should be the exact opposite?

  • Why the only considered paramenter in thermoregulation is temperature, even if all the professionals know that there are other important parameters that influences individual wellness?

  • What's the meaning of manually changing the temperature settings if I don't havereferences on how to do it?The answer to all these questions, even if it's shocking, it's pretty simple:

Manually setting a fixed temperature is always wrong!

So there are some other question following this answer:
what were we waitng for to acknowledge and correct this wrong 
practice?

Tryingto answer this question reveals a lot of hidden problematics relatedto the actual thermoregulation systems!

Comforted Energy Efficiency

The metode used till today to control thermic Comfort brings also energy efficency's problems.

For example, by setting a temperature of 24°C, while the right one should be 22°C, I force the system to heat the local more than necessary. If we consider that these types of system are installed in a lot of buildings (offices, schools, houses, etc.), then the waste of energy is pretty remarkable.

If the thermoregulator would be able to adjust itself to the right temperature it will reduce the expense of energy. This way all the wasted energy will be regained!

So the new concept we want to introduce today is:

whenever the local microclimate changes, the thermoregulator must adjustitself to the right Thermo-hygrometric Comfort and the correct energy efficency.

This kind of technology really exists?

Yes, it is the new technology of climatic Bioregulation, that, in is first version, has been registered with the following names:

This new technology for Thermo-hygrometric regulation is included in the new NetBA thermoregulators.
From now on the concept of regulation 
will no more be based on a simple temperature setting, but on a real Comfort sensation of people inside the local. This completely turn upside down the metodes currently present on the market.
This innovation can also be considered a cultural revolution on the way of 
intending the Comfort regulation.

This technology is part of a more complex technology dedicated to Bioregulation of Human Wellness for Residential and non-Residential building systems (especially for what concern Bio-Building).
Other than this new Thermoregulation technology, is already disponibile the automatic regulation of lighting Comfort and others that will be published later.
