Workshop: Policy guidelines to implement Energy Efficiency First in planning and investment schemes for buildings and related energy systems

The aim of the ENEFIRST project's stakeholders’ workshop is to discuss policy guidelines to support integrated approaches for the implementation of Energy Efficiency First in planning and investment schemes for buildings and related energy systems. These policy guidelines and the workshop are meant for policy officers, decision makers, programme managers and experts involved in planning or investment schemes for buildings, the power sector, heat and renovation roadmaps, and district heating.

After an introduction to the background and an overall presentation of the policy guidelines, participants will discuss these guidelines in four breakout groups according to their preferences:

  • integrated power infrastructure planning
  • integrated buildings and heat roadmaps
  • E1st in households’ investments or behaviours related to energy
  • E1st in public financing
