Women in Construction, Leadership Summit: Empowering women in the European construction industry

What makes a great woman a leader in the construction industry? On 26 September 2019, at Centrale Lille, 20 women with an exceptional career path from Europe (France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Switzerland) and beyond (Canada, USA, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia) will come to speak and discuss their profession in the Construction industry.


For this very first edition of the Women Leadership in Construction Summit, the speakers will present their ambitions, their backgrounds, their difficulties and enlighten the public on their business perspectives, the evolution of the sector for the creation of new profiles and professions, and the relevance of hiring women and the future generation of women to work in the construction sector.

This summit is open to all and will bring together small and large companies, start-ups, decision-makers, civil engineers, architects, designers, researchers and students. Production:

At the end of the day, we will develop videos and publish a book in French that brings together the profiles, backgrounds of the invited women and the conclusions of the round tables. We also wish to make recommendations that will result from the interventions and debates.
