EUSEW 2021: Host a session during the Policy Conference. Apply before the 10th of May.

The Policy Conference of the EU Sustainable Energy Week is the biggest European conference dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe. The Policy Conference hosts a number of sessions – interactive meetings, each lasting 1.5 hours (90 minutes) – that focus on sustainable energy issues and debate new policy developments, best practices and new ideas.  This year’s theme for the event is “Towards 2030: Reshaping the European Energy System“.

The Policy Conference will be held online on 25-28 October 2021

Host a session

The EUSEW is looking for contributors who want to take part in the discussion regarding renewables and energy efficiency and inspire others in building a more sustainable future. The call for proposal opened on April 13.

Successful applicants will be fully supported by the event and technical teams (i.e. for registration, web streaming services, trainings, etc). The format of the session is up to the applicants (panel discussion, presentation, workshop), however, it must adhere to principles of gender balance, plurality of opinion and interactivity (limit of 5 speakers including moderator).

All session organisers are fully responsible for the organisation and promotion of their event and must comply with the guidelines provided by the organising team of the EU Sustainable Energy Week. A communication kit for promotion will be provided to all successful applicants that are organising sessions.
