Karla is an in-house Green Rater and HERS Rater for Steven Winter Associates, Inc. (SWA), the largest LEED for Homes Provider in the Northeast. With over 3,500 certified homes in 10 states, SWA has 10 LEED Raters based in Norwalk CT, New York City, and Washington D.C. The 100-person firm provides comprehensive building-systems consulting services throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States as well as Indiana and Ohio.She works with architects, developers, builders, and homeowners to more fully develop on-site sustainability strategies. Providing third party rating services for residential local and national programs. Projects vary from low rise multi family, single family attached and detached to campus housing, and senior skilled nursing facilities.
