UIPI Renovation Tour: Les propriétaires Bruxellois on board

The International Association of Property Owners (UIPI) is pleased to announce the next edition of the UIPI Renovation Tour - Brussels Owners on Board, in collaboration with the National Union of Owners and Co-Owners (SNPC). This event dedicated to homeowners in the Brussels region will be held on 28 November 2023 (Architect’s House Rue Ernest Allard 21, 1000 Bruxelles).
This conference aims to inform Brussels citizens and property owners about the ongoing discussions around a more sustainable real estate, to understand and face the present and future challenges. Building on the success of our previous editions, notably in September 2021 in Liège, it will be an opportunity to bring together owners, real estate and construction professionals as well as local and European political decision-makers to discuss current issues.
On this occasion, several practical solutions to facilitate the renovation of buildings resulting from existing European and local initiatives will be presented. In addition, this conference will be an opportunity to present and explain the interest of energy communities, a phenomenon that is expected to grow in the years to come.
With this initiative, UIPI and SNPC aim to encourage dialogue between policy makers and key stakeholders. We believe that the transition will not happen without owners and ensuring that they can be supported, informed and guided.
