ProGETonE is a research project based on the integration of different technologies to achieve a multi-benefit approach to tackle important needs in existing buildings: safety upgrades to face future earthquakes in seismic zones and nearly zero energy consumption to be aligned with EU climate change reduction targets, adding furthermore high social and architectural value. Four different case studies have been evaluated by using several technologies in different situations and climatic zones. Simulations and feasibility studies have been performed for 3 larger buildings: I) Reggio Emilia (IT), II) Brasov (RO), and II) Athens (GR). This project receives funding from the EU H2020 Research & Innovation Programme.
