Developed by Ciputra Westlake City Development Co. Ltd., The Link 345 Ciputra consists of three modern, 21-story residential complexes of nearly 600 two and three-bedroom units located in Hanoi. The residential towers offer a balanced combination of contemporary architectural style and energy-conscious design in order to improve the quality of life for its residents while reducing environmental impacts.

Residents enjoy a favorable location close to commercial centers and the diplomatic precinct northwest of Hanoi on the West Lake, with easy access to Noi Bai International Airport. TheLINK345 Ciputra received The final Edge-Green Building Cerfitcation issued by The International Financial Corporation (World Bank) on the dated 06th July 2018 after 2 year period of registration and fullfiling the strict censor process of IFC Green Building experts.The 3 buildings are surrounded by gardens, stunning landscaping, children playground, beautiful golf (proposed) views, even the lobby entrance and the lobby areas exude a sense of comfort and coziness. The sceneries around are captivating, vast green belts or the beautiful greeneries from the golf course next, or just looking closed by spectacular sight of the grand main gate of the complex.

Ciputra apartments attracted the attention of customers by the modern architecture along with the system of living green space.The Link Ciputra combines of 2 bedroom (114 sq.m) and 3 bedroom (154 sq.m) apartments with the introduction of the Premium Apartment (267 sq.m) facing the proposed golf course and lakes. The Premium Apartment are specially designed condominium with full height glass windows provide a stunning sense of space and spectacular views of either the pool, the golf club house and or the Ciputra Hanoi International City’s main gate areas.
