Since 1984, Edilvi SpA achieves the mission to realize high energy performance buildings into residential, 
commercial and reconditioning buildings activity. Edilvi realizes NZEB buildings
(nearly zero energy buildings) with the project "Casa Smart Plus".
During 2011 was created Division ESCO, consulting firm and energy
service certified, and in 2015 was declared innovative SME. Through
the conservation and remediation of real estate and environmental
heritage, the company contributes to the achievement of sustainable
development of territories in accordance to European and national rules and regulations.
