NUM-CITY is a digital tool developed by ARIA Technologies and the Technical University of Munich on the Docks of Saint-Ouen, eco-district of the Metropolis of Grand Paris. NUM-CITY is a digital tool developed by ARIA Technologies and the Technical University of Munich on the Docks of Saint-Ouen, eco-district of the Metropolis of Greater Paris. It makes it possible to evaluate sustainable development criteria: water and energy consumption, waste generation, air quality, social cohesion ... thanks to the participation and involvement of all its stakeholders, particularly the inhabitants.
NUM-CITY is an evolutive web tool: many functionalities can be integrated (mobility, environment ...) and it is adaptable to any other territory. The development of NUM-CITY on the Docks was funded by the European Climate-KIC institution.

Reasons for participating in the competition(s)
LES INNOVATIONS DEPLOYEES> Méthode de concertation citoyenne innovante mise en place très en amont du projet pour permettre l’implication et l’expression de tous les acteurs et créer un outil utile à tous et utilisé par tous => nouvelle méthode de gouvernance
> Des outils simples de suivi et d’anticipation des consommations, pour chaque bâtiment et pour l’ensemble du quartier, en électricité, chauffage, eau, ainsi que les courbes de production de déchets (qualitatif et quantitatif) => économies et « reste pour vivre »
> Une carte collaborative permettant l’échange d’informations entre tous les acteurs (habitants, collectivités territoriales, EPCI, bailleurs sociaux…) concernant les travaux, l’environnement, la culture, les commerces … => cohésion sociale et solidarité

NUM-CITY permet l’évaluation des indicateurs de développement durable des quartiers, notamment pour l’obtention du Label EcoQuartier.
