Andromaque SIMON

Andromaque has 12 years’ experience as an architect (France) and sustainability consultant in Belgium and France, working on both large high profile and smaller projects.

She is currently a free-lance BREEAM Assessor and Accredited Professional, mostly working on large, new or refurbished office developments. She also specialises in the local French environmental assessment scheme HQE (Haute Qualité Environnementale).

Andromaque provides consultancy services on high profile projects such as the Champigny train terminal on the future line 15 for the Societe du Grand Paris, and she is involved in other developments to reshape the future city of Paris.

Based in Paris since 2012, Andromaque leads the local group of BREEAM experts and works with many of the leading built environment consultants of the Paris region (engineers, architects, project managers, etc). She is trained in Life Cycle Costing (LCC), GRESB and WiredScore.
