Architectural description
Inherited from traditional Thai house, internal court is designed to create self-shading for each room. Narrow floor plate to maximize benefit from daylight. Movable shading is programmed to keep external glazing shaded all time and also view provided. Roof coating is highly reflective to reduce heat island effects. Water saving fixtures are selected.
If you had to do it again?
Glass roof under a pond to have natural light in the basement. This was a good idea but due to inexperience in this domain, there is water leakage, and it damages the wall and the paint.
