Reasons for participating in the competition(s)

Following the vote on the works in June 2019, the condominium started the works at the beginning of 2020.

The construction site had to be interrupted following the health crisis for several weeks.

Despite the Covid-19 epidemic, the project was still able to see the light of day and the work was successfully completed.

Thanks to this project, we were able to observe a marked improvement in comfort with the co-owners.

The costs relating to the production of heat have also been considerably reduced, in particular due to the replacement of the old dilapidated boiler by a more efficient and less energy-consuming model.

The condominium is now continuing its energy renovation and has recently undertaken the insulation of the roof terraces.
