The condominium voted at the GA of 05/28/2019 an ambitious work program, namely:

The energy gain generated after the works is 36%.

The work started on 09/20/2021.

As part of this energy renovation project, Citémétrie supported the co-ownership throughout its process, alongside the co-ownership authorities and the public authorities.

This is a successful and well-funded global energy renovation project, which perfectly meets the selection criteria for the "Trophées des Copros des Yvelines" competition.

The co-owners are satisfied with the good execution of the work and testify to the thermal comfort provided by this work. The living environment is therefore improved in this aging condominium.

This project also supports the actions of the public authorities with regard to priority neighborhoods (Priority districts of the city policy (PDC)) in the midst of urban renewal, because the Jean Cocteau residence is part of the "Merisiers -Plaine de Neauphle"'s PDC.

It is therefore an example of successful renovation that deserves to be shared!
