In 2009, the new Omnia Energia head office has came to operation. Based in Zumpano (CS) industrial zone, it hosts all the Corporate companies.
The head office has a 2.500 mq surface area on five floors and it is one of the first energy efficient office building realized in South Italy by a private.
The building has been completely realized by the Corporate companies, from planning to construction, and it gained a very high energy efficiency rating (A+).
Thanks to this high energy performance, the photovoltaic plant of Omnia Energia head office has got a 30% increase of the incentive, as provided by D.M. 19/02/07.
Omnia Energia headquarters is integrated with the infrastructure of the city of the future as adopting energy efficiency measures applied in several fields:
Outdoor and Indoor lighting; Sloping glass panels; Shading system by means of trees; External insulation system; Rainwater collection; High efficiency lift; Air conditioning ; Heat recovery system; Photovoltaic system.

Architectural description
Modern-looking building with three floors and a basement. There are glass surfaces south facing , with a sun visor allowing the entrance of the sun during the winter and reject it during the summer.
