​​As part of the framework of the commitment of the Kingdom in the fight against climate change, the "LEP" is social housing pilot project to Positive Energy. This construction model is part of a list of collaborative projects to make the assets of Cluster EMC. Located in the heart of the School of Education Mohammed VI in Building and Trades of Public Works OFPPT in the Settat region, the "LEP" (Social Housing for Positive Energy) is a pilot project initiated by the Cluster EMC (Energy efficiency of Building Materials), and in partnership with the Office of Vocational Training for Employment Promotion (OFPPT), EIS (Energy Investment Company), GIZ DKTI (German Initiative for technology climate friendly) and all members and partners of the Cluster. Located in the heart of The School of Education Mohammed VI in the Building Trades and Construction OFPPT in the Settat region, the "SARA" (Social Housing for Positive Energy) is a pilot project initiated by the Cluster EMC (Energy efficiency of Building Materials), and in partnership with the Office of Vocational Training for Employment Promotion (OFPPT), EIS (Energy Investment Company), GIZ DKTI (German Initiative for technology climate friendly) and all members and partners of the Cluster. The "SARA" was part of the inaugural tour by His Majesty King Mohammed VI of the largest training school in the building trades and public works in Africa. The Cluster EMC, Owner of this project, brings together companies, industrial and service providers, consultants, architects, developers, and universities, working for the promotion of sustainable building in Morocco. The cluster remains the first African chapter of the international network dedicated to the environmental transition of the building. To emphasize that the Cluster EMC is supported by the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Investment and the Digital Economy. EMC cluster has set a task, improving the competitiveness of the construction materials industry by providing innovative solutions in terms of energy efficiency. Among the treaties strategic areas within the cluster commissions, include: - Optimization of energy consumption - the development of innovative energy efficiency solutions - Promoting the use of energy-efficient solutions - the mobilization and training of skills in the field of energy efficiency "EMC cluster aims to establish a synergy between, on one side the research and training institutions and other industrialists and professionals creation chain will them in the act of building. The project aims to be a bridge between training and Moroccan industry. The project launched by His Majesty King Mohammed VI January 27, 2016 is certainly a unifying tool in the field of sustainable construction in the Kingdom. Architectural description

Bioclimatic architecture. This first Moroccan experience in the social housing segment highlights a simple and ambitious architecture. "Through this achievement, we wanted to ensure that the thermal and acoustic comfort in housing within the reach of all Moroccan citizens," said Ahmed Belamine, Project Architect of the first social housing positive energy in Morocco "LEP "and President of the Commission Sustainable Building Cluster EMC. Furthermore, this achievement showcases the Moroccan industrial noting the challenge of achieving a rate of integration of local materials exceeding 95%. The project meets the requirements of the specifications Moroccan loads for social housing. Expérience du «LEP» :

Un logement à énergie positive est un bâtiment dont le principe central résulte du solde positif entre l’énergie consommée et l’énergie produite. L’objectif est de réduire les besoins énergétiques, de maintenir des températures agréables, de contrôler l’humidité et de favoriser l‘éclairage naturel.

Points forts du «LEP» :

  • Une conception bioclimatique : La conception du LEP intègre le concept de l’architecture bioclimatique dans l’orientation des façades, le dimensionnement des baies vitrées, les choix des couleurs, la mise en place d’un vide sanitaire et la compacité du volume du bâtiment.
  • Une ventilation naturelle : Le LEP est traversant, cette conception permet à l’usager de ventiler et rafraîchir sont logement de manière naturelle.
  • Un confort visuel : les dimensions, hauteurs et dispositions des baies vitrées permettent d’éclairer les espaces de vie intérieurs avec la lumière naturelle gratuite et saine.
  • Un confort acoustique : la performance thermique des parois extérieures assure également l’isolation acoustique par rapport au bruit provenant de l’extérieur.
  • Un logement pour tous : le LEP est conforme au cahier des charges du logement social marocain vendu à 250 000 Dhs.
  • Conformité à la RTCM : les performances thermiques des façades et toitures sont conformes aux garde-fous de la RTCM suivant le décret n° 2-13-874. Le LEP est équipé d’un double vitrage à Isolation Thermique Renforcée (ITR) et un facteur solaire optimal. Le mode constructif innovant en briques mono-mur participe fortement à la réduction des besoins énergétique en été et en hiver, il permet de réguler la qualité de l’air intérieur, son humidité et sa température grâce à l’inertie de la brique. Il ne contient pas d’adjuvants qui peuvent polluer l’air intérieur par des COV.
  • Les Energies Renouvelables : l’énergie produite par les panneaux photovoltaïques permet de couvrir les besoins électriques du LEP avec un surplus de 30%.
  • Un chantier sûr et vert : la gestion du chantier a intégré la prise en compte de la sécurité des employés et la préservation de l’environnement.
  • Transmission du savoir : les recherches et travaux développés dans le cadre du LEP sont transmis aux acteurs du bâtiment (ouvriers, ingénieurs, usagers …).
  • Un modèle de logement réplicable : le LEP est un concept de logement parfaitement réplicable pour des projets immobiliers résidentiels. En effet, le projet en R+1 ou R+2 de maisons similaires en bande est un exemple duplicable. Le projet démonstrateur est un échantillon d'une unité de logement en RDC.
  • Un bâtiment innovant : le LEP est entièrement équipée en éclairage LED et doté d'une connexion réseau via fibre optique. une première au Maroc pour un logement social. L'expérimentation ouvre la porte à des projets de logements sociaux fibrés.
