ERIGES is the Autonomous Municipal Agency of the city of Seraing.

ERIGES oversees the implementation of the master plan for the Seraing Valley : the redevelopment and transformation of 800 hectares of land ; the planned route of an urban thoroughfare with the support of Europe, the federal Government and the Walloon Region ; the promotion of priority areas and projects with investors, promotors and developers ; the incorporation of public-private partnerships for the real property operations.
