Preview of the Green Solutions Awards 2020/21

The Green Solutions Awards, powered by the Construction21 network, contribute to the necessary transition of the real estate and construction world, from building to city. This national and international competition brings innovative, high-performance, field-proven solutions to the attention of a wide audience and helps to popularise them. And it helps the most efficient professionals to develop their activity on these new markets. Nearly 200 real projects located in 37 different countries participated in the 2019 Green Solutions Awards.

Why this contest?

Without profound transformation in the real estate world, which accounts for one third of global greenhouse gas emissions, there is no chance of keeping global warming below 2°C! Offering efficient and economically viable low carbon solutions has thus become, for all professionals in the real estate industry, a key element of success enabling them to meet the expectations of public authorities and cities, but also of companies and citizens.

As a meeting point for real estate "game-changers", Propel by MIPIM was an ideal place to announce, one week before the official kick-off of the 8th edition of this competition (scheduled during the World Green Building Week), what the next edition will be made of.
