A Passivhaus Social event aimed at Housing Associations, Local Authorities and all those involved with building energy-efficient housing.

Passivhaus, zero carbon & health

 

The Welsh Government has set ambitious targets to reduce carbon emissions (80% by 2050). Passivhaus offers a robust way to radically reduce energy consumption in the built environment whilst also eliminating fuel poverty and improving occupant health outcomes. This event aims to explore:

 

  • The low/ zero carbon agenda and where the Passivhaus standard fits.
  • What the different approaches deliver in terms of energy use, health and wellbeing.
  • Get to know the relevant organisations and where to get advice and support.
  • Explore how to deliver a successful project, including managing costs & risks.
