Construction21 Maroc a signé l'Appel de Paris, qui est une occasion unique pour les acteurs non-étatiques de saluer l’Accord de Paris pour le climat et de s’engager à le mettre en oeuvre.

Nous encourageons entreprises, villes, régions et autres signataires à s'engager également pour faire en sorte que le niveau d’ambition énoncé par l’accord soit respecté voire dépassé pour maintenir le monde sur une voie qui limite la hausse des températures à moins de 2° Celsius.

 

Construction21 Maroc welcomes the Paris Agreement as a major step forward in the international fight against climate change. The agreement reflects the strong willingness from all UN countries to address the issue seriously. The COP21 process has allowed a high-ambition vision to emerge with the objective of keeping global warming well below +2°C and reaching a balance between emission sources and sinks before end of the century.

 

Construction21 Maroc has joined L’Appel de Paris / the Paris Pledge for Action to support the global call from association for a credible, coherent and unmistakable signal that the Paris Agreement will be implemented and commitments met, or even better, exceeded. As a civil society, we realize that dangerous climate change threatens our ability and the ability of future generations to live and thrive in a peaceful and prosperous world. We also realize that taking strong action to reduce emissions can not only reduce the risks of climate change but also deliver better growth and sustainable development. Our support for the Paris Pledge for Action affirms our strong commitment to a safe and stable climate in which temperature rise islimited to below 2 degrees Celsius.
