In June 2016, the 23rd annual conference will take place at the University Regensburg, Germany. The conference is the leading real estate research meeting in Europe and is one of the largest property related conferences worldwide.

The ERES annual conference will bring together about 400 researchers and decision-makers from both academia and practice from around the world, in a welcoming and intellectually stimulating environment. At the conference, attendants can not only exchange their views with respect to the research needs, but also discuss the best ways of using research outcomes to scale.

RentalCal workshop 

The 2016 Annual Conference of the European Real Estate Society (ERES) will host two special sessions for papers and presentations dealing with the framework conditions and the calculation approach for profitability assessments in energy efficiency retrofits – the RentalCal project topic:
